Special Note:

  • Our play structure and equipment are designed for CHILDREN Only. Adults should NOT play on our play structure and equipment and can ONLY go up to the 2nd and 3rd level of the play structure when accompanying a toddler who is 3 years or younger.
  • Children should be supervised by their parents/legal guardians at all time. 
  • ​We do not allow any rough play. We have the rights to stop the involved kids from continuing playing. ​
  • No stroller allowed inside our facility. 
  • Everyone must wear CLEAN SOCKS in the play area.
  • Children who are not yet 100% potty-trained MUST wear a diaper.
  • Everyone needs to read, fill out and sign our waiver form including non-participating adults. Parent/legal guardian needs to read, fill out and sign our waiver form for each of his/her each playing child.
  • Children may NOT be dropped off, and must be accompanied and supervised by their parents or legal guardians during their stay.
  • ​No food/drinks inside our play area.
  • No outside food/drinks allowed (except party food and drinks which shall stay in the party room ONLY). Baby bottles & foods are exceptions.
  • Walk-in parties are NOT permitted. Birthday celebration is NOT allowed in our sitting area.
  • Prices/hours are subject to change without notice.
  • We require our customers to be respectful and considerate to others. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone if his/her action violates this policy. 
  • Adults without a paying child are not allowed to enter into our facility.​​ 
  • ​We charge anyone ages 17 or younger (except infants) Full Price regardless if they play or not.
  • Only Weekday (not Weekend/Holiday) Unlimited Play Admission comes with same day in & out privileges. 
  • Multi-Play Pass never expires and cannot be shared with other kids or combined with another discount offer.​
  • Socks: $2.00/Kid ($1.00/baby socks), $1.50/Adult.
  • Group Rate: 20% off each Unlimited Play Pass for group of 8 kids and more and​ paid by a single transaction. All playing kids need to be present to qualify for the discount. Valid Monday-Thursday only, excluding holidays and school breaks. Cannot be combined with another discount.
